Machining is easy and the cost is lower compared to ring dies. Durability has also significantly improved. Clogging repairs for disk dies can be done easily. The supply of raw materials is done by natural drop. They are evenly distributed in the granulation chamber and smoothly feed under the rollers, resulting in extremely stable granulation loads. The rollers are adjusted only by the shaft nut, allowing for uniform pressure application compared to disk dies. Additionally, using hoists and other equipment, the removal of rollers and disk dies can be done easily and quickly. Cutting is done accurately by an internal cutter. As a result, the finish is beautiful, achieving a yield of 90-99%. With changes in the specifications of the disk die, the diameter of the cylinder can be freely adjusted from φ2 to 30mm. The roller extrusion pressure is applied straight to the screen die, resulting in beautiful cylindrical pellets. ● Achieves stable load through uniform dispersion. The supply of raw materials is by natural drop. They are evenly dispersed in the granulation chamber and smoothly enter under the rollers, resulting in extremely stable granulation load. ● Easy adjustment and cleaning. The roller is adjusted only by the shaft nut, allowing for uniform pressure application to the screen die. Additionally, using a hoist, the removal of the roller and screen die can be done in a short time. The simple mechanism also makes cleaning easy. ● High efficiency and long lifespan. The large diameter of the roller allows for good penetration of the raw materials, achieving high-efficiency processing. Furthermore, by adopting larger bearings, the strength and durability are enhanced, resulting in a longer lifespan.
